AK Pos 2019
To unravel the mechanisms of secondary drug efflux transporters, we use membrane biochemical approaches with a strong emphasis on x-ray protein crystallography.
We also make use of methods like FX-cloning, directed-evolution, and membrane protein reconstitution.
